Terrorism will not be defeated as long as it is not condemned regardless of the perpetrators and whether reinforces any political position.  State terrorism should not be divided into right or wrong, bad or good, it should be condemned as a means to achieve political gain. 
Iranian people and government time and again are testing the sincerity of the international community. We highly expect countries particularly those who claim to champion the fight against terrorism as well as international organizations particularly the UN Security Council to condemn unreservedly the assassination of Dr. Fakhrizadeh as a clear violation of international law and human rights priciples and standards. 
Yes, we will watch with open eyes.
